In the first phase of the academy program, online training took place with Arçelik executives. After working on Arçelik's article, which was the subject of the Harvard Business Review, they attended experience-oriented events at the İstinye Park store. After the event, which was filled with training and experiences, the CEO of Arçelik Can Dinçer met at the round table for the presentations of case studies.

23 fellows had an online meeting with İGA, where they first met with authorized managers about the operation of the airport. Afterward, in the field trip that started with the Terminal Air and Land Area located in Istanbul Airport, 23 fellows gathered in the field; they toured the AOCC - ARFF Trip and ATC-1. They started the second day of the academy with the presentation of luggage and electronic systems by İGA executives. After the presentations, the 23 fellows produced a project for IGA - Istanbul Airport in group work. After the project presentations and evaluation, they held a round table with the CEO of IGA Kadri Samsunlu.

During the two-day Academy study, the 23 fellows started their first day by listening to the story of Galataport from Erdem Tavas. Then, they met with the CEO of Doğuş Holding Ferit Şahenk and Buse Kasapoğlu Özen in an interview. Later in the day, while listening to the story of the covered bazaar and the clock tower in Galataport, they had the opportunity to talk to Figen Ayan about the operation of Galataport. After the field trip, they presented their work on the continuity of the Galataport Istanbul experience to the members of the jury.

In the out-of-town leg of the academy, 23 fellows listened to the topics of ``Petrokimya 101``, ``Agile``, ``Sustainability and Digitalization`` from authorized persons in the online training that started with the Socar Turkey orientation. On the first day of the academy, they concluded the day with a field trip to Socar Turkey in İzmir Aliağa. On the second day, they did group work on the case studies they examined after the field trip. 23 fellows ended the day by sharing the presentations they prepared.

At Turkish Cargo, the next leg of Academy 23, 23 fellows first met online with the institution officials before the field trip. Afterward, they toured the operation and office areas. They closed the day with Ersin Inankul's presentation and the IGA Youth Lounge experience area at Istanbul Airport. Here, the 23 fellows came together with basketball commentator Murat Murathanoğlu with his inspiring speeches and F2 pilot Cem Bölükbaşı. On the last day in the field of Turkish Cargo, 23 fellows became groups for the case study. After the evaluation of the case presentations, the day ended with an interview with Nurullah Er.
